Atlas and OCLC do not support default addons or user-created addons.

RCL	2.0	IDS Project	The RCL (Resources for College Libraries) addon does an ISBN or Title search on RCLWeb; ISBN will be run if one is available.

If you have an RCL account that is not IP authenticated, you may need to write a login function for this addon.
